Kathleen Schneider

Kathleen Schneider is the owner and CEO of Richman Knoll, a Woman-Owned Small Business. She has over 20 years in the insurance industry, overseeing both sales and service organizations, and 10 years in Human Resource Management. Kathleen’s background, as an officer at SRC – An Aetna Company, gives her an understanding of challenges faced by business owners to increase profitability in the complex contracting environment. She has a solid labor relations foundation having overseen negotiations for five CBAs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Las Vegas and Seattle, and expertise in Risk Management, Governmental Affairs, Benefits & Payroll, and Employee Relations. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration and holds a Lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and insurance licenses in 47 states.

Jim Schneider

Jim Schneider has over 22 years of experience in aerospace procurement at TRW Space & Electronics Group and Thales Raytheon. His experience includes oversight of Project & Engineering Support and General Procurement for TRW Space & Electronics Group. Throughout his career, Jim has been a Small Business Advocate for sub-contracts, which included providing hands-on assistance to small and disadvantaged sub-contractors with navigating prime contractor and government requirements. He has chaired the Procurement Preventative and Corrective Action Board at TRW. Jim has been a Team Facilitator for CPI Procurement and point-person for ISO certification. Jim also headed the Small Supplier Quality Assurance program with NASA, and the Small Disadvantaged Business programs with DOD and NASA, while acting as primary contact for DCAA, performing Contractor Procurement System Reviews. Jim has a B.S. in Geology & Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University.

Kyle Roberts

Kyle Roberts has provided health care solutions to employers large and small for the past 22 years. During her 10 years at Honeywell, she was in Quality Assurance, working on military contracts with the Department of Defense as the primary client. Ms. Roberts serves clients nationally and is licensed in 38 states. She has a B.S. in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Over the years, Kyle has proved herself to be uniquely experienced, educated and qualified to provide best-in-class solutions to employers with government contracts who are seeking to optimize their savings and competitive edge through their fringe benefit and health plan offering.

Eric LaRue

Eric LaRue has over 17 years of Employee Benefits consulting and brokerage experience and owns his own agency, National Insurance Specialists. He worked with companies in sizes ranging from 50 employees to 80,000 employees. Throughout his career, he has worked for national consulting firms such as Sedgwick, Noble, Lowndes and Acordia, Inc. His focus on clients having non-traditional employee bases enables him to provide optimal benefit solutions for traditional and non-traditional environments by bringing national consultant level expertise with the personal attention of a regional broker. Eric holds a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Human Resources.

Jack West has over 25 years of employee benefits experience. Jack’s main focus has been in the group health and voluntary benefits arena.
He has had experience working with various size groups from small employers to fortune 500 companies. He is licensed in 47 states. Jack holds a B.S. in Education with a minor in Business Administration from Miami of Ohio.
